Development of eco-systems and partner networks

From my experience in sourcing, sales and as the founder and manager of the Battery Competence Center at Husqvarna, I know how important a well-functioning eco-system is.

An eco-system is a network of partners that creates greater customer benefits through joint added value.

Unfortunately, the term partner has often been misused in recent years by sourcing in order to achieve short-term goals. From my point of view, this is counterproductive. A good partnership only comes about through openness, trust, mutual respect and fairness.

Sustainable added value is only created if all partners clearly know their role and work together for the outcome and all have a real benefit.

With the exponential development of new technologies and shorter business cycles, a company is no longer able to be successful in the long term on its own. From my point of view, a well-functioning network with real partners is an enormous competitive advantage.

If you have similar thoughts, I would be happy to develop a concept for you and support you with my network in establishing your specific eco-system.
